Basics In Orthodoxy Curriculum
Each year we try to offer a survey of the basic aspects of our Orthodox
Faith. The classes will be taught by Fr. Theodore and other members of the
parish who have specific expertise and a gift for teaching. We will be offering
12 sessions: four on Wednesday evenings preceding the beginning of Great Lent,
five on Monday evenings during Great Lent and three during an all-day Saturday
Orthodox Spirituality Retreat.

February 20th - Church History I
February 27th - Church History II
March 5th - Holy Tradition
Mondays during Great Lent,
6:00 p.m. Great Compline,
7:00 p.m. class:
March 17th - The Theotokos and the Saints
March 24th - The Divine Liturgy
March 31st - Holy Mysteries I
April 7th - Holy Mysteries II
April 14th - Church Architecture & Iconography
Saturday, April 5th - Orthodox Spirituality Retreat at St. John. Free, lunch
